BUILDING RENTALS
Located in the picturesque greenbelt in Idaho
Falls, the modern architecture of The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho parallels the
boulders of the Snake River that it overlooks. With its vaulted ceilings and its
four galleries featuring Idaho artists, the museum is an elegant setting for
weddings, receptions, parties, classes, conferences, and business meetings. Our
three art galleries and large foyer are perfect year-round for large receptions;
in summer, groups can move outside to experience the beauty of our patio,
stream, water features, and sensory garden. In addition, our large conference
room can be divided into two smaller rooms.

The museum parking lot has space for 50 cars with additional parking along
Capital Avenue.
Rental Rates
Entire Facility (4440 square feet)
For conferences, receptions, graduations,
weddings, retirement parties, etc.
Private parties and commercial rate: Up to five hours $550, $50 per hour
over five hours.
Large Meeting Room (1220 square feet)
Wet room that can be divided into two
sections.
Seating capacity: up to 100 depending on arrangement
Rental rates do not include staffing or set-up/take down fees.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND FEES
After-hours Staffing and Set-up/Take Down Fees
Rental outside of normal operating hours requires a minimum of one staff
security person on premises at all times. Hourly rate is $12. If museum staff is
responsible for setting up or taking down equipment, tables and/or chairs and
cleaning up event, a separate fee is charged and will range from $50 - $100
depending on time and number of staff involved. (Generally, caterer is
responsible and this fee is waived.)
Food Service
Our staff and approved caterers can take care of all your needs from small,
intimate gatherings to large receptions and shows. If you are serving other than
dry snacks and nonalcoholic beverages, you must choose from our list of approved
caterers. No hard liquor allowed. Beer and wine may be served by licensed
caterer only.
Deposit
A nonrefundable deposit of half of estimated rental fee is required to guarantee
booking date unless other arrangements have been made.
Liability Insurance
All renters must provide proof of liability coverage of a minimum of $500,000 by
providing a certificate of insurance naming The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho and the
City of Idaho Falls as second or additional insured.
