Youth Group Nights
The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho (TAM) is launching Youth Group Nights, an after-hours initiative designed for local youth groups to experience the current exhibition, learn how museums strengthen communities, and to make art together in a guided, hands-on project. The tours will be led by members of the museum’s Teen Leadership Program, Teens @ TAM.
Youth Group Nights are intentionally teen-friendly: tours led by teens for teens; the pace is lively and accessible; and activities are designed to broaden horizons while supporting intellectual and social goals common to youth development programs. For leaders, the evenings are turn-key—no planning required. TAM provides the project, instruction, and all supplies. (Groups are welcome to bring a snack to enjoy outside the museum following the activity.)
Space is limited; pre-registration is required at least two weeks in advance.
Cost: $2 per youth, $20 deposit to reserve your group's spot.
Tours are only available on Tuesdays from 6 - 7 PM or 7 - 8 PM.
